Adrian Arnold runs Arnold Consulting. Adrian has many years of both engineering and continuous improvement experience. He has worked for amongst others GKN, Toyota, Ricoh and Stadco. Adrian has also worked in the area of automation for many years. Creating automation solutions of various sizes to assist a wide variety of industries and sectors.
Working with customers to improve their processes, productivity and quality. He has held many positions including Kaizen Team Leader, Continuous Improvement Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Senior Proposals Engineer. He has worked in all areas of engineering from initial concept design through to site install and commissioning.
Taking this breadth of engineering experience, automation experience and combining it with his Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt experience and exposure to Japanese working practices gives Arnold Consulting the expertise to help you with your problems.
